  • Our LIVE classes are streamed on either Youtube LIVE or Zoom. For zoom classes, you do NOT have to keep your camera on during class!

  • Nope! You can cancel at anytime! You also have lifetime access to the RYB community group even if you choose to pause your membership!

  • We have a TON of different workouts in RYB! The equipment we typically use in classes are light/medium weights. Equipment is ALWAYS optional though, even for classes with recommend equipment.

  • All classes in RYB are modification and ALL LEVEL friendly. We have such an incredible community and are here for you throughout your journey!

  • Please check with your doctor before participating in the workouts if you are injured or feeling unwell.

  • You can cancel your membership at any time AFTER signing up for RYB. You cannot be refunded your initial first membership payment, video rental, or fitness program. You can can cancel your membership at ANY TIME after your initial sign up. Any questions, please email, nikki@nikkipebbles.com

  • To pause or cancel a subscription, visit your account settings. Your changes will be applied to your next subscription period. You will have access until the end of your billing cycle.
